Payments

We use Stripe, a secure payment processing platform, to handle all financial transactions on our Website. This ensures that your payment information is never stored on our servers. Stripe automatically displays the available payment methods based on your location and current processing capabilities. Shipping and Order Cancellation

We deliver across Europe from our base in Spain. Delivery times vary by location. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and purchase amount: a fee of 5€ applies for shipments within Spain, while shipments to the rest of Europe incur a fee of 10€. Orders over 25€ qualify for free shipping.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet been processed. To cancel an order, simply click the cancel button on the My Orders page. Once your order is processed, cancellation is no longer available.

Customized Products & Refund Claims

Please note that all our products are customized to your specifications and, as such, are non-returnable in accordance with European Union consumer law on personalized items. However, if your product arrives damaged or exhibits a quality defect, you may claim a refund. You must notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the product by emailing claim_refund@custiko.com. Once your claim is verified, a refund will be processed.

Intellectual Property

Custiko owns or has the right to use all intellectual property on its Website and content, which is protected worldwide. All rights are reserved. You may store, print, or display the content for personal use only. Any commercial use requires our express consent. The Custiko logo or any related trademark may not be used without permission.

Content Created on Our Website

Designs created by users and other content on the Website are the property of the Company. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without our explicit authorization. The Company reserves the right to commercially distribute any design created on the Website.
